Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary care is the range of services put in place to support an individual in their own home. It is available to those that require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their quality of life and independent living.

TNT Healthcare provides ongoing flexible support completely tailored around your individual needs and routines.

Many families are now opting for domiciliary care (also known as care at home) because it puts them back in control of the support they receive.

We can provide one-to-one personal attention, from 30 minutes a week or more, up to several visits a day or overnight support.

We provide services to:​

• Older people aged 65 and over who require personal care
• Young people aged 16+ who needs care and support at home
• People with dementia
• People with physical disabilities
• People with sensory loss, including those with dual sensory impairment
• People with mental health problems
• People with learning disabilities.

​Our clients range from 16+ to over 100 years of age. Some may simply require a companion whereas others may have severe physical or mental disabilities.
